Terms of Service

1. Who We Are

Blissori ("we", "us", or "our") is operated by Notesnlife S.A.S.. These Terms govern use of the Blissori ebook generator application, including account features, workspace features, API-connected generation flows, billing features, and related services available through blissori.com.

2. Scope of Service

The Blissori app helps users generate and export ebooks using AI workflows. Features may include blueprint generation, writing assistance, formatting, PDF rendering, manuscript editing, and related automation tools.

• Service availability may change over time as we improve security, reliability, and feature quality.
• We may add, remove, or modify features, limits, or workflows without prior notice.
• The service is provided on a best-effort basis and output quality can vary by use case.
• You are responsible for reviewing and validating all generated output before publication or distribution.

3. Accounts and Access

You must keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

• You must be legally able to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.
• We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, fraud risk, security threats, or violations of these terms.

4. Credits, Billing, and Taxes

Use of paid app features is credit-based. Credits are purchased through authorized billing providers and deducted when you run paid operations, as shown in the app pricing and usage screens.

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Pricing, credit costs, and limits may change at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the controlling price for that purchase.
• Applicable taxes may be added based on billing region and payment provider rules.
• We do not store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by third-party billing providers.
• You agree to the terms of the billing provider used during checkout.

You can view your purchase history and download invoices at any time through the billing customer portal, accessible via your Account page.

5. User Content and Rights

You may provide source materials such as text, files, links, and media ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that you have the rights needed to upload and process that material through Blissori.

• You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• If you submit third-party URLs, you are responsible for ensuring that use of that material is lawful and allowed.
• You are responsible for required permissions, licenses, releases, and legal clearances related to your User Content.

Blissori does not independently verify ownership for submitted material. If we receive a valid complaint, takedown, or legal notice regarding your User Content, we may remove the content, suspend related workflows, or restrict your account.

6. License You Grant Blissori

To operate the service, you grant Blissori a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transform, and transmit your User Content solely to:

• Run the generation and export tasks you request.
• Provide product functionality, reliability, support, and debugging.
• Complying with legal obligations.

This license is limited to operating the Blissori service. We do not sell your User Content. License scope ends when your content is deleted from our systems, subject to legal and backup retention requirements.

7. Generated Output

Subject to these terms and your rights in the source materials, you retain rights in output generated for your projects. You are responsible for reviewing output before use, publication, or sale.

• Outputs may be similar to other users' outputs because AI systems can generate overlapping ideas or structures.
• You are responsible for compliance with laws, platform rules, and industry rules in your jurisdiction.
• Blissori does not guarantee output originality checks, legal clearance, or fitness for a specific purpose.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Blissori to:

• Create, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or discriminatory.
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Generate spam, phishing content, or fraudulent materials.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit our systems or AI infrastructure.
• Circumvent billing or access controls.
• Upload malicious files or code intended to disrupt, abuse, or exfiltrate data from the platform.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of remaining credits.

9. Refunds and Credit Restorations

Refund requests may be submitted within 15 days of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@blissori.com with your order email and receipt.

Credits that have already been used are non-refundable. No refunds are issued once credits have been applied to a generation or any other platform operation.

If a paid operation fails due to a confirmed platform-side error, we may restore the affected credits after review. No refunds are issued for suspensions or terminations caused by policy or terms violations.

10. Intellectual Property

The Blissori platform, app interfaces, brand assets, scripts, and service infrastructure are owned by Notesnlife S.A.S. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license in Section 6, submitting User Content does not transfer your ownership to us.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free output, legal adequacy of generated content, or fitness for a particular business goal.

Generated content is informational and creative output, not professional legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blissori is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or content. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Blissori in the 90 days before the claim.

13. Third-Party Services

Blissori depends on third-party providers governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These may include:

• Billing and payment providers.
• Authentication, database, and cloud infrastructure providers.
• AI model and inference providers used for content generation.
• Analytics and advertising measurement providers.

Specific providers may change over time. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or external platform behavior.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
