We stand by their quality and effectiveness and recommend using them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be in processing and changes might not be possible. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We’re confident you’ll love Blissori, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items after trying them for a minimum of 14 days and within 100 days of purchase. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package every Blissori product, but in rare cases, damage can occur during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@blissori.com with clear photos of the damage. If eligible, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost.

Note: Damage to packaging alone (e.g., dented boxes) doesn’t qualify for replacement if the product itself is in good condition. Items damaged through wear, misuse, or normal use are not eligible for return or replacement.

Shipping & Delivery

While we aim to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays with couriers, customs, or other factors are outside our control. For delivery issues, contact the courier directly for assistance. Blissori is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Double-check your shipping details at checkout! If you provide an incorrect address and fail to notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
